About Us

Group Finance Solutions Consulting Limited (GFSC) is a specialist client-side advisory consultancy supporting organisations delivering complex IT, business change and ERP transformation programmes.

We work primarily with organisations in the public sector, financial services and defence, providing experienced consultants who help clients plan, mobilise and deliver large-scale technology initiatives. Our focus is on ensuring programmes remain aligned with organisational objectives while successfully navigating the challenges of system implementation and transformation.

GFSC has particular strength in the ERP space, with extensive experience supporting Oracle Cloud and SAP programmes. Our consultants work client-side across the full programme lifecycle, from early discovery and readiness through mobilisation, design, implementation and go-live support.

As of early 2026, GFSC is supporting four major Oracle Cloud Fusion transformation programmes across local government and the defence sector. We provide experienced programme, functional and advisory consultants who work closely with client teams and implementation partners to support successful programme delivery.

Our engagements range from clearly defined milestone and statement-of-work delivery through to team augmentation and time-and-material consultancy support.
