London Borough of Waltham Forest
GFSC supported the London Borough of Waltham Forest throughout its Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programme, beginning with programme readiness and continuing through mobilisation, design, build, testing, cutover and go-live. The programme delivered Oracle Cloud Finance, Procurement, Planning and HR Payroll in Phase 1, followed by Core HR in Phase 2.

London Borough of Haringey
GFSC supported the London Borough of Haringey with pre-discovery advisory as the organisation considered its future ERP direction. Working with an existing SAP environment, Haringey sought independent advice on the potential options available and what a structured discovery phase might involve. GFSC provided early-stage guidance to help shape thinking around the next phase of the programme and the approach required to assess the best long-term ERP path.
Durham County Council
GFSC is supporting Durham County Council with its Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM transformation programme, providing client-side advisory from the earliest stages of the initiative. Our engagement began during Phase Zero, supporting programme readiness activities including business case development, programme planning and mobilisation.
Since programme initiation, GFSC has provided a large and experienced client-side team working alongside the Council and its implementation partner to support delivery across governance, functional design and programme coordination. The programme is currently progressing through the design phase, with GFSC continuing to provide advisory and functional expertise to help ensure the implementation remains aligned with organisational objectives and Oracle Cloud best-practice approaches.
